When we are asked to handle a matter for a client, our goal is to achieve one thing and one thing only: success for that client. We are substantively responsive: if clients have a question, we give them a straight answer; if clients need to achieve a certain goal, we help them achieve that goal. Another quality that sets us apart from our competitors is the proactive approach that we take with our clients to help minimize potential employee relations problems. We work closely with our clients to establish procedures to prevent problems before they occur. Importantly, CDHK offers one thing that no other law firm does: a guarantee. While we cannot guarantee specific results, we do guarantee satisfaction. Therefore, if our clients are ever dissatisfied with the quality of the work we perform on a given project, they may adjust their payment to reflect their perspective of the value of the work or decline to pay for any of the billing in question.
