Kathryn A. Dittrick is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Dittrick represents private and public sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including workplace violence, harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination.

Ms. Dittrick received her B.A. degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2001. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society. Ms. Dittrick was an Articles Editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review, who published her article, Protecting the Truly Persecuted: Restructuring the Flawed Asylum System.
