Amy Durgan is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ms. Durgan represents private and public sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour litigation, and wrongful termination.

Ms. Durgan received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she was a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society. She was also a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review and served on the Moot Court Board.  Ms. Durgan received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Bucknell University, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
