Mr. Glazer is a Partner with the Los Angeles office of the law firm of Curiale Dellaverson Hirschfeld & Kraemer, LLP. Mr. Glazers practice and civil litigation experience encompasses a wide variety of labor and employment matters including race, gender, religious, national origin, sexual orientation and disability discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination, as well as trade secret, breach of contract and employment related tort claims. His labor and employment experience is management and company based, and he represents employers in a broad range of disputes in litigation before both state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. In addition to litigating employment matters, Mr. Glazer also conducts management and supervisor training and lectures on numerous employment topics for employers located throughout the United States. This training is designed to assist companies and management in their ability to proactively identify and prevent employee-related litigation in a variety of contexts. He also has extensive experience working with employers to devise programs to avoid litigation, and in advising employers on employment related matters including investigating and responding to complaints of discrimination and harassment. Mr. Glazer received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Anthropology
from the University of California at Berkeley in 1991. He thereafter attended
the University of Southern California where he received his Juris Doctorate
degree in 1994. Mr. Glazer became a member of the State Bar of California
in 1994, and is licensed to practice before all California state courts,
the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern
Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
