Glen Kraemer is a partner with the employment law firm of Curiale Dellaverson Hirschfeld & Kraemer, LLP, where he manages the Los Angeles office. Glen counsels a broad spectrum of employers in retail, manufacturing, entertainment, education, and service/hospitality industries regarding their compliance with federal and state employment laws, and general human resources concerns. While engaging in an active litigation practice, he emphasizes preventive measures that can be taken to reduce the risk of liability and increase employee morale and productivity, and to that end frequently conducts internal investigations on behalf of his clients. Glen has also taken the lead in joining with threat assessment psychologists to reduce the risk of violence in the workplace through the creation and maintenance of employer-sponsored Workplace Violence Prevention Teams. Glen is a sought-after speaker on the national level.
