Glen Kraemer is a partner with the employment law firm of Curiale Dellaverson Hirschfeld & Kraemer, LLP, where he manages the Los Angeles office.
Glen counsels a broad spectrum of employers in retail, manufacturing, entertainment, education, and service/hospitality industries regarding their compliance with federal and state employment laws, and general human resources concerns. While engaging in an active litigation practice, he emphasizes preventive measures that can be taken to reduce the risk of liability and increase employee morale and productivity, and to that end frequently conducts internal investigations on behalf of his clients. Glen has also taken the lead in joining with threat assessment psychologists to reduce the risk of violence in the workplace through the creation and maintenance of employer-sponsored Workplace Violence Prevention Teams.
Glen is a sought-after speaker on the national level. With a distinctive energetic style and passionate delivery, over the last year alone he was responsible for training over five thousand supervisors, employees and administrators at over twenty corporations on harassment and discrimination prevention and investigation.
Glen also works closely with clients on proprietary information and unfair competition matters, emphasizing trade secrets litigation. His articles on this topic have been featured in numerous human resources publications.
Mr. Kraemer received his B.A., cum laude, in English Literature and Political Science in 1984 from Claremont McKenna College and his J.D. in 1987 from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
