Felicia R. Reid is a partner in the firm's San Francisco office. She represents employers in federal and state courts on a variety of labor and employment matters, including wage/hour claims, sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. She also has extensive experience in representing employers before state and federal agencies. Ms. Reid advises and trains employers in litigation prevention strategies and labor and employment law compliance, including personnel policies and procedures, wage and hour issues, FMLA, employee discipline and termination, workplace privacy, and sexual harassment. She is a Contributing Editor for Lindemann and Grossman's Employment Discrimination Law (BNA 1996). Ms. Reid graduated first in her 1991 law school class at the University of California, Davis, where she received the Hopkins Writing Prize and was the Senior Articles Editor for the U.C. Davis Law Review. She earned her B.A. from University of California at San Diego in 1987.
