Ann Soter is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office.  Ms. Soter represents private and public sector employers in a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, wage and hour litigation, and wrongful termination.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Soter was an associate at Goldberg Stinnett Myers & Davis, a boutique firm specializing in bankruptcy.
