Associate
Rob Flemer is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Flemer represents a variety of employers with respect to employment matters, including restaurants, hotels, manufacturers, retailers, engineering companies, and financial services companies. His practice emphasizes litigation, primarily the defense of claims for workplace harassment, wrongful termination, and employment discrimination. He also has extensive experience litigating class actions and complex multi-party matters. Mr. Flemer has successfully litigated for his clients at trial, and on summary judgment and summary adjudication. He has also favorably resolved a number of cases involving allegations of sex, race, religious and disability discrimination, and claims for wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and various wage/hour issues. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Flemer counsels employers with respect to employment and labor issues, and has extensive experience conducting neutral investigations for public and private sector employers of internal discrimination, harassment, and wrongful discipline complaints.
