Whit Selert is a senior trial lawyer in Reno, Nevada and Of Counsel to Curiale Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP.  Mr. Selert is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, King Hall School of Law where he was the Senior Notes & Comments Editor of the U.C. Davis law Review. Mr. Selert completed his undergraduate education magna cum laude from Brigham Young University and is a former law clerk to the Hon. Procter R. Hug, Jr., of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Selert's practice focuses exclusively on providing defense oriented consultation and representation to employers, businesses and insurance companies in the areas of employment law, commercial disputes, construction defect, premises liability and product defect litigation.
