Olivia B. Perry is an associate with Curiale Hirschfeld Kraemer and practices in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Her practice involves counseling and litigation in all areas of employment and labor law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She represents employers in single plaintiff and class action litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Perry was an associate in the labor and employment department at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith.
Representative Matters
Ms. Perry has experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment-related litigation, including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination actions. She has successfully represented employers before administrative agencies, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Perry also has experience drafting employee handbooks, personnel policies and employment and severance agreements.
